Shipping policy

Overview
At Toltrek™, we source our outdoor gear and equipment from a curated network of trusted suppliers to bring you the best products for your adventures. Because our products ship directly from multiple suppliers, shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the items in your order.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your delivery address. Since our products come from different suppliers, you may see multiple shipping rates reflected in your order total if your cart contains items from more than one supplier.

Shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping — A flat rate applied to select products.
  • Carrier-calculated rates — Live rates from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. Multiple speed options (e.g., Ground, Express) may be available depending on the supplier.

Delivery Times
Transit times vary by supplier and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where available. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time — your order may take 1–3 business days to be processed and handed off to the carrier before the transit clock begins.  If any of our products require additional processing time beyond 1–3 business days, an estimated lead time is provided on the product page. 

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains products from more than one supplier, your items may arrive in separate shipments at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability varies by product and supplier. If international shipping is unavailable for a specific item, you will be notified at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment.
